Fitness and Nutrition plans are completely personalised depending on an individuals goals/ lifestyle. I do not believe in quick fixes and think if you make small, realistic changes to your lifestyle it is healthier, and people are able to keep up with this.

Repeating what I said above about the ‘quick fixes’, I do not encourage crash diets. Instead, I include suggestions with your favourite meals/ foods and timings that suit your lifestyle. Buying healthier food does not have to be expensive. I know this from personal experience being a student living away from home!
